This invitation only program for players 14U and up is a full-service program providing pitchers everything MASH has to offer - from biomechanics analysis, regular Trackman reporting, individualized programming both on the mound and in performance training.

We are leading the industry in Return to Throw Programming. Built specific to athlete needs, we take into account several variables to get athletes back on the field healthier than anywhere else. We have extensive working relationships with physical therapists, and will work alongside all healthcare professionals to successfully build your return to throw program.

PRE-SEASON PITCHING PROGRAM

Pre-Season Pitching Program (March 18th - April 26th)

This program is for 10U – 13U athletes to on-ramp in preparation for their spring season. The focuses of the program will be developing proper arm-care habits, establishing throwing routines, improving mechanics, and developing off-speed pitches.  Groups will meet twice per week for six weeks. The program runs from mid-March through April annually leading right into the youth baseball season in Minnesota. Players will be put in groups based on age and ability.
 


OFFSEASON PITCHING PROGRAMS

Ideal Pitching Program (November-mid-March)
The IDEAL Pitching Program is an invitation only program for athletes 14u and up looking for the most individualized off-season development plan available in the state. In addition to arm care routines and a focus on arm strength, the program will use bio-mechanical analysis to provide an individualized drill package for each pitcher. The program will also include pitch design work with Trackman and classroom sessions to address the mental game. This program will lead players directly into their High School season. 

2X Week High School Pitching Program (November-mid-March)
14-18U athletes train in small groups on consistent days and times throughout the program.  The program progresses through arm care, arm strength, pitch mechanics and pitch design.

2X Week Youth Pitching Program (November-mid-March)
10-13U athletes train in small groups on consistent days and times throughout the program.  The program progresses through arm care, arm strength, pitching mechanics and pitch design.
