Tom Buske

CEO

Tom Buske is the founder and visionary of MASH. Since our inception in 2012, Tom has focused on providing our team, our families, and our players an unprecedented experience. His dedication and willingness to grow daily is infectious to our entire community. Tom's vision of creating not just a baseball club, but a place to truly inspire growth in all facets of life, continues to improve year over year under his guidance.

Tom's coaching lifestyle blossomed after his successful playing career on the mound at the University of Minnesota. The Apple Valley native was named the Friday night starter for the Gophers his sophomore season, and he never relinquished that role. Tom excelled both on and off the field by graduating from the University of Minnesota with a BS in exercise science and a minor in business from the Carlson School of Business. Before diving head first into changing lives through coaching, Tom spent time with the Florida Marlins and the Saint Paul Saints. Upon retiring, he owned and operated TB Training, a start up company that gained over 100 athletes strictly through word of mouth.

This experience led him to create not only MASH, but help in the development of MASH Performance and The MindStrong Project. He has continued to keep our families in mind with the addition of The M Foundation. A non-profit organization that will help MASH families through unexpected hardships and financial struggles. Tom's entrepreneurial mindset and business background have raised the standard for what baseball clubs provide. His willingness to reinvest in MASH both personally and financially have made MASH a model for how all small business owners can grow personally by placing the focus of growth on employees and members first.
