At MASH, infection control is a top priority in our business, we have followed recommendations made by the CDC and OSHA as well as the MN Department of Public Health to create policies to keep everyone safe and comfortable while participating in our programs. We will continue to modify these policies as dictated by these governing bodies.
All new and returning customers and athletes to MASH must complete an updated liability waiver. You are not allowed in the facility unless the new liability waiver is signed. You will be prompted to electronically confirm the new waiver upon logging on or creating an account with us. You must do this from the desktop version of our website. CLICK HERE TO AGREE TO THE NEW LIABILITY WAIVER.
You will see many changes when you are in for your next session. We have made these changes to help protect our players and coaches.
Contact Tracing & Positive Cases:
Our policy on this is that of a 2-foot step stool approach (only 2 rungs on the ladder). The person with COVID is on the top rung. Anyone with direct contact (close quarters longer than 15 minutes) is on the rung just below. The ground is where everyone else is at. As long as you are not on the ladder, you don’t have to quarantine and you can continue coaching/playing. If you are on the ladder you will need to provide a negative test result before you can resume activities.
As a reminder, all select team fees are non-refundable. With the fluidity of COVID and contact tracing, we are committed to making sure our teams are provided a complete season in an appropriate time frame. We will handle any select team incidents on a case by case basis.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions that you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you, and every athlete safe in our facility.
