SUMMER HITTING PROGRAM

Led by Coach Andy Henkemeyer, the Summer Hitting Program runs from June 9th – August 1st. Athletes will hit for an hour and do strength training for an hour. There are a total of 16, two-hour sessions. Available to all ages. 

Program Pillars:  
Proper swing path
Pre-pitch routines and approach
Improve mechanics
Executing bat-to-ball skill

Available Groups
Group 1: MW 9am-11am
Group 2: MW 10am-12pm 
Group 3: MW 10am-12pm
Group 4: MW 11am-1pm
Group 5: TuTh 9am-11am
Group 6: TuTh 10am-12pm
