In its third year, this is an invitation-only program for serious pitchers seeking year-round development. Pitchers will receive a custom strength training membership for twelve consecutive months, plus the below pitching schedule. The program is run by the Director of Pitching, Weston Germain. Program Timeline:
November 1 – March 15: 3X Week Pitching Sessions (6:1 athlete to coach ratio)
Daily access to the pitching space when appropriate based on individualized program.
March 15 – June 15: Weekly calls and throwing guidance.
Post-game recaps for continued development.
June 15 – August 15: Weekly bullpens dependent on competitive schedule, with cage access five days per week.
August 15 – October 23: Individual development plans with cage access up to five times per week.
