MASH Custom Hitting

New in 2025-2026, this is an invitation-only program for serious athletes seeking year-round development. We will cap the program with 24 athletes. Athletes will receive a custom strength training membership for twelve consecutive months, plus the below hitting schedule. All hitting sessions are run by coach Andy Henkemeyer. Annual Hitting Inclusions:

November 1 – March 15: 3X Week Hitting Sessions (4:1 athlete to coach ratio)
March 15 – June 15:  High School/Youth Season: 1–2X/Week 
June 15 – August 1: Summer: 1X/Week Hitting 
August 1 – September 30: 2X/Week Hitting 
October 1-31: De-load / Recovery 

Additional Inclusions: 

  • Hit Trax: Exit velocity, launch angle, spray charts, live simulations
  • Blast Motion: Swing speed, attack angle, time to contact
  • Year-round progression tailored to season, age, and goals
  • 1-on-1 coach consultations
  • Mental Game Classroom Sessions
