Top Collegiate Prospect Performances - Week 7

1. Keenan Wenzel - Southwest Minnesota State University 

Wenzel had a huge week at the dish hitting his first collegiate homerun.  In their conference contest against Concordia-St. Paul, Keenan drilled a grand slam over the center field fence to give SMSU a 7-0 lead. It was SMSU's grand slam since 2019.

 

2.  Nick Zwack -  Xavier University  

Zwack got the start on the mound in game 2 of a double header against Dayton. He went the full 7.0 innings, allowing just one run on seven hits, striking out eight without a walk.

 

3.  Michael Voss - Concordia University St. Paul

Voss threw a solid game that took just 1:17 to complete. He allowed no earned runs on four hits in 6.0 innings, striking out a pair.

 

4.  Kelby Johnson - Luther College  

Johnson kept the hot bat this past week, getting at least one hit in 5 of the Norse 6 games.  Kelby also had 4 RBI's & 4 runs scored. 

 

5.  Teddy Peterson - Minnesota State University Mankato 

Peterson continues to be a catalyst for the Mav's having 8 hits in their last 7 games including a homerun, 2 doubles and 4 RBI's.
