The Minnesota Mash Baseball Club took the field again this Sunday to compete in the AFBL. The weekend was highlighted by several great performances. This has been without a doubt the best season Mash has had as a Baseball Club in regards to in game success. We have put together consistent performances throughout our entire club.

An individual performance stood out this week by Nathan Sprouls (Rosemount) of 18U Black on the mound during Siebert League play. Nathan threw a complete game 1 hitter, giving up his only hit with 2 strikes and 2 outs in the 7th inning.

18U Cardinal went to 4-0 in AFBL play putting up another 20+ runs in their doubleheader.

Great pitching and team chemistry have been the key to  success for 17U Cardinal this year. They went 2-0 Sunday thanks to great energy as well as a stand out performance from Sean Flaherty (Lakeville North) on the mound. Coach Martin can't express how much this team gels and competes for one another. Boys are playing with a chip on their shoulder!

14U Black erupted for a 2-0 day scoring 38 runs in their 2 games.

15U Cardinal competed all day finding their way back from a 6-0 deficit to tie game 1 6-6. The squad continued their momentum into game 2 putting up 11 in an 11-1 win.

As coaches we love the way the players compete and enjoy the game. Continue to work throughout the entire fall!
