POSITIONAL THROWING PROGRAM

Back by popular demand! This 9-week program (January 6- March 5) is designed to develop arm strength and ability in positional players 14U and older that will withstand the entire competitive season! By focusing on mechanics, arm strength, and efficient throwing motions, athletes will become confident in their arms performance regardless of the position they're playing. This program is designed with the intent to help develop high caliber positional players on the field with arm strength that's noticeable in a big way. 

Group 1: MW 4-5pm

PROGRAM GOALS

  • Increase arm strength.
  • Build the chronic workload necessary for their position.
  • Develop an internal framework for workload management.
  • Increase position-specific velocity.
  • Build habits to maintain arm health and strength throughout the year.
  • Learn position-specific throwing drills to utilize throughout the year.
  • Classes will utilize the MASH Fieldhouse
  • Weekly Throwing Programming, with day-by-day instructions
