2X Week Youth Pitching Program (January-mid-March)
This 10-week program for 10-13U athletes train in small groups on consistent days and times throughout the program. The program progresses through arm care, arm strength, pitching mechanics and pitch design.
Group 1: MW 5-6pm FULL CAPACITY
Group 2: M 7-8pm, F 4-5pm FULL CAPACITY
Group 3: M 8-9pm, F 5-6pm FULL CAPACITY
Group 4: TTH 8-9pm 2 SPOTS REMAINING
Group 5: W 7-8pm, Sat 1-2pm 3 SPOTS REMAINING
Pre-Season Pitching Program (March 17 – April 23)
This 6-week program is for 10U – 14U athletes to on-ramp in preparation for their spring season. The focuses of the program will be developing proper arm-care habits, establishing throwing routines, improving mechanics, and developing off-speed pitches. Groups will meet twice per week for six weeks. The program runs from mid-March through April annually leading right into the youth baseball season in Minnesota. Players will be put in groups based on age and ability.
Group 1: MW 4-5pm
Group 2: MW 5-6pm
Group 3: MW 6-7pm
Group 4: MW 7-8pm
Group 5: MW 8-9pm
We are leading the industry in Return to Throw Programming. Built specific to athlete needs, we take into account several variables to get athletes back on the field healthier than anywhere else. We have extensive working relationships with physical therapists, and will work alongside all healthcare professionals to successfully build your return to throw program.
